Amendment of Student Personal Data

Current Students

Current students who make changes in address or telephone numbers can be made through the UIS.
For changes regarding other personal data, please submit Application for Amendment of Student Personal Data to the Undergraduate Studies Section, Academic Registry, 6/F, Fong Shu Chuen Library, Ho Sin Hang Campus, Hong Kong Baptist University:

1. in person (you are required to show your HKID Card / Passport or Student Card) ; or
2. by a representative of the applicant (The representative has to produce his / her own HKID Card, an authorization letter bearing the applicant's signature and a copy of the applicant's HKID Card / Passport.)

The changes should normally be effective in about one week from the date of application. Students should check the amended personal data through the UIS.

Alumni

Alumni are invited to notify changes of their address to the Alumni Affairs Office (Tel: (852) 3411 7877, Fax no. (852) 2337 4204, Email: alumni@hkbu.edu.hk).
