Room Booking
Students or staff members who want to book classrooms for use, please make the booking through the
Venues and Facilities Booking System.
Please note that only student bodies and designated staff users can access the system.
Notes for Room Booking:

Applicants who want to book classrooms should apply online and submit it to the Academic Affairs Section (AAS) for approval at least three working days before the requested dates. No telephone enquiries about room availability will be answered.

A reply will be given to the applicant automatically by the online booking system.

The rooms can be booked from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. No bookings for overnight use are allowed.

A room can be reserved for a maximum of four weeks. If the user wants to obtain a further period of using, he/she should renew the booking after the four weeks’ period. However, it is not guaranteed that the same room will be allocated again.

No foods and drinks are allowed in classrooms.

Requests for loan of audio-visual and computing equipment should be made to the Office of Information Technology (ITO).

For any problems with room conditions, please e-mail AAS staff at aas@hkbu.edu.hk as early as possible.

If the room is booked for a function initiated by outside organizations and sponsored by University's members, the booking should be made to the AR.

Outside organizations that wish to make room bookings should contact the Estates Office directly.

Classrooms are available for booking after add-drop period of EVERY semester.
