Course Registration and Withdrawal
Withdrawing from Courses
Students who wish to withdraw a course after the add/drop deadline can submit
Application for Course(s) Withdrawal
, which has to be approved by the course instructor and the Major Department / Programme Head / Programme Director and submitted to the Academic Registry
at least four weeks before the commencement of the semester examination
.
Course approved for withdrawal will be assigned a 'W' grade in the academic transcript but which will not be included in GPA calculation.
Students will be informed of the application result via email.
