University Information System (UIS)

The  web-based University Information System (UIS) enables students to have online access to

• Your Personal Particulars (you can change your correspondence address, telephone numbers and emergency contact person on-line through UIS)
  

• Your Enrolment Record

• Your Personalized Class Timetable

• Your Examination Timetable

• Your Academic Transcript

• Updated Study Schedule

• Pre-Registration and Course Add/Drop

• Graduation Requirements

• Download of Tuition Fee Payment Slip  

To login to the UIS, you need to have a password which will be sent to you by email on August 2, 2011. Since the password generated is a random number, you are strongly advised to go to the University Homepage, login to the UIS, and change your password to some other easy-to-remember password at once.  Details of the functions of the UIS will be demonstrated in the Briefing Session for Freshmen.  You may also refer to the demonstration files in UIS for reference.
